楼益栋

  楼益栋19802月出生,浙江东阳人,博士,教授,博士研究生导师。长期从事实时高精度卫星导航定轨定位理论方法、软件系统及其应用研究。  具体研究方向包括:导航卫星实时精密定轨理论方法、导航卫星实时钟差精密处理理论与方法、高时空分辨率大气改正模型、实时动态精密单点定位。
 主持国家级、省部级项目10余项,其中包括国家重点研发计划项目1项,863计划重点项目课题1项,北斗重大专项课题1项,国家自然科学面上基金2项、青年基金1项,湖北省杰出基金1项。研究成果在JGRJGGPS Solutions等国际权威期刊发表高水平SCI论文30余篇,其中ESI高被引2篇,授权发明专利7项,获2011年度、2014年度“国家科技进步奖二等奖”2项(排名第5、第2)。
